From a young age, I have tried to apply my core values to each activity I engage in, both inside and outside of the classroom. Specifically, I sought to complete the tasks expected of me while improving in my performance and helping others along the way. As I grew older, this mindset developed into my core personal values of reliability, growth, and educating others. In the past year, I have found a perfect outlet for these values through Nexecon Consulting Group. This organization has enabled me to engage in real-life business interactions and better understand marketing and consulting. As I continue to grow through this organization, I have been able to direct my future interests toward an industry that both fascinates and challenges me in all aspects. Through my core analytical classes in economics, statistics, and mathematics, I have been introduced to analyzing problems that face businesses each day in a practical application. I have learned about fixing inefficiencies for an entire system rather than simply individual parts and optimization through collaboration. These courses helped me to develop a passion for finding unique solutions to problems and I strive to refine my skills in preparation for a future job in marketing strategy consulting. |
